Returns policy

1. You agree that after successful payment, you will not submit disputes or claims to payment aggregators.
2. Refunds for orders are made only to the banking details from which the payment was received (bank card or e-wallet)
3. You can apply for a refund within 1 day from the date of the order/replenishment in case of technical problems on the website or if the service was not provided/ was provided poorly.
4. If suspicious or fraudulent activities are carried out, your account may be blocked.
5. A refund is possible upon the user's request to the website support service.
6. The refund is made to the payment system selected by the user.
7. We are not responsible for the commission of payment aggregators, but we notify the user about possible commissions when funds are withdrawn from the account.
